Orders

If your payment has already been processed, any canceled order will be refunded to your original payment method.
Shipping Policy
All Zero Zen Golf products are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because items are made to order, processing times typically range from 2–7 business days before shipment.
Once your order has been produced, shipping times vary depending on your location:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasonal demand.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Zero Zen Golf is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or customs fees and import duties for international orders.
Returns & Refunds
Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at "hello@zerozengolf.com" (mailto:hello@zerozengolf.com) with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds, when issued, will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
