Returns & Refunds

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at zerozengolf@gmail.com. with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds, when issued, will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zero Zen Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
